Total immersion journeys
The Magnetic Compass concept was designed for those seeking more than a quick tour. Our expeditions are 2 full-day journeys, structured to allow the traveler to disconnect from the outside world and connect with the territory.
In small and exclusive groups, we guarantee that every logistical detail — from the route to the accommodation — is taken care of. You just need to be present.
2 Full days
Time is our greatest luxury. Two days allow access to remote locations, observing the day’s cycle, and experiencing the landscape without haste.
All inclusive
Selected accommodation, regional meals, and complete logistics. A turnkey experience for zero worries.
Small groups (max 8)
We travel in small groups to ensure intimacy, flexibility, and a reduced impact on the communities we visit.
4×4 Comfort
Land Rover Freelander vehicles: comfortable suspension, and the capability to reach where the asphalt ends.
The expedition dynamics
On our long expeditions, we operate with one or more vehicles to ensure maximum comfort for your group. This decision is not just logistical; it is part of the experience.
With a maximum of 8 people divided between two cars, we create an atmosphere of camaraderie and safety. It allows us to have a dedicated Guide and Driver, ensuring total support, redoubled safety on remote trails, and personalized attention to each participant.

From the Algarve to the Alentejo coast. A journey along fishermen’s trails, wild beaches, and ancient cork oak forests. Includes visits to local producers and the calm of white villages.

Deep Alentejo. Vast horizons, endless vineyards, and the medieval history of Monsaraz. Ends with the magical experience of the Dark Sky Alqueva.
